Are you an experienced banking professional with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Lead to join our client’s team. This role encompasses loan administration, and settlements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure and oversee the timely processing of transactions in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Make decisions within authorized limits for Loans/ Payments and Settlements processing.
- Lead operations projects, ensuring timely implementation and delivery.
- Improve operational processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish relevant objectives and KPIs for the operations team.
- Identify and develop team members for key positions through training and coaching initiatives.
- Develop, review, and implement procedures, ensuring timely communication and compliance within the team.
- Send incident reports in a timely manner, following the bank's policy and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- 7-10 years of experience in banking operations
- Sound working knowledge across Loans/ Payments and Settlements
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and products, preferably in Money Market.
