**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

The Commercial Manager, Telematics Solutions reports to the Global General Manager, Telematics Container; and is responsible for support of Professional Services & Lynx Fleet monitoring programs through providing actionable analytics and general support. Program analytics involves understanding the data, business and working with the data to help the customer improve their Cold Chain through ad hoc and scheduled reports consisting of data visualizations and written interpretations of the data.

The Commercial Manager, Telematics Solutions provides direct support to Program Managers associated with daily tasks required to maintain and manage ongoing temperature monitoring programs. This involves evaluating and maintaining quality databases for customer programs, coordinating activities and processes between departments, communicating with product suppliers or distribution centers, and general program support. It involves participating in a cross-functional team including data management associates, data analysts, project and program managers, industrial engineers, food scientists, and field technicians.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Sales planning, forecasting, pipeline reporting.
- Verifying program data integrity is maintained and validated
- Constructing Cold Chain Analytics reports for a variety of customer types
- Training internal and external customers
- Deploying and maintaining proprietary tools to support programs

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 10+ years industry experience in IOT with comprehensive business background.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Applied analytical/statistical skills desired
- A passion for presales & significant experience in technical consultative engagement.
- Experience "Leading" customer engagements whilst maintaining commercial acumen.
- Ability to effectively communicate at multiple organisation levels - target C-Level, Architectures, IT Managers, etc.
- Ability to work, plan & execute multiple engagements in parallel & achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong ability to influence people & align disparate teams to achieve agreed goals & objectives.
- Proactive, Creative & Innovative ''outside the box" thinker.
- Aptitude for technology
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Strong multitasking skills desired
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Data Visualizations tools (Tableau, Power BI) desired
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
