Job Title: Telematics Data Operations and LV System Diagnostics Specialist
**Role Overview:**
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of telematics big data servers to ensure system stability and reliability. This includes executing and managing Over-The-Air (OTA) software update deliveries, providing technical support related to after-sales data, and acting as a bridge between headquarters and local teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage the daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers.
  • Execute and manage OTA software update deliveries, including planning, testing, and pushing updates securely and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support related to after-sales data, including remote diagnostics and data analysis to assist in resolving vehicle performance issues.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and local teams to ensure successful localization and implementation of technical solutions.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in automotive low-voltage systems, software/big data, or OTA system operations. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using tools such as Python, SQL, CANalyzer, and CANoe are also essential.
