Job Title

Telematics Data Operations and LV System Diagnostics Engineer

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers to ensure system stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers.
  • Execute and manage OTA software update deliveries, including planning, testing, and pushing updates to vehicles securely and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support related to after-sales data, including remote diagnostics and data analysis.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local Singapore team.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in automotive low-voltage systems, software/big data, or OTA system operations.
  • Familiar with common cloud services, databases, and distributed system management.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in using Python and SQL.
  • Proficient in using CAN analysis tools and hands-on experience in vehicle data analysis and issue troubleshooting.
