Job Title: Telematics Data Operations Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of telematics big data servers to ensure system stability and reliability. This includes executing and managing Over-The-Air (OTA) software update deliveries, providing technical support related to after-sales data, and acting as a bridge between headquarters and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers.
- Execute and manage OTA software update deliveries, including planning, testing, and pushing updates securely and efficiently.
- Provide technical support related to after-sales data, including remote diagnostics and data analysis to assist in resolving vehicle performance issues.
- Act as a bridge between headquarters and local teams to ensure successful localization and implementation of technical solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in automotive low-voltage systems, software/big data, or OTA system operations. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using tools such as Python, SQL, CANalyzer, and CANoe are also essential.
