Telematics Data Operations and LV System Diagnostics Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers to ensure system stability and reliability

  • Execute and manage OTA (Over-The-Air) software update deliveries, including planning, testing, and pushing updates to vehicles securely and efficiently

  • Provide technical support related to after-sales data, including remote diagnostics and data analysis to assist in resolving vehicle performance issues

  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local Singapore team to ensure the successful localization and implementation of technical solutions

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in automotive low-voltage systems, software/ big data, or OTA system operations are preferred

  • Familiar with common cloudservices (e.g. AWS, Alibaba Cloud), databases, and distributed system management

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools such as Python and SQL for technical support and data processing

  • Proficient in using CAN analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe), with hands-on experience in vehicle data analysis and issue troubleshooting
