Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telematics Data Operations and LV System Diagnostics Specialist to manage daily operations, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of telematics big data servers to ensure system stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Management: Manage the daily operations of telematics big data servers to guarantee system stability and reliability.
  2. Software Delivery: Execute and manage OTA (Over-The-Air) software update deliveries, including planning, testing, and pushing updates to vehicles securely and efficiently.
  3. Technical Support: Provide technical support related to after-sales data, including remote diagnostics and data analysis to assist in resolving vehicle performance issues.
  4. Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a liaison between headquarters and the local team to ensure successful localization and implementation of technical solutions.
  5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in automotive low-voltage systems, software/big data, or OTA system operations are preferred.
  3. Skills: Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS), databases, and distributed system management. Strong data analysis skills, with ability to use tools such as Python and SQL for technical support and data processing.
  4. CAN Analysis Tools: Proficient in using CAN analysis tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe), with hands-on experience in vehicle data analysis and issue troubleshooting.
