You will be required to manage various communications strategies via the use of social media. This can include any part of the entire spectrum from social listening, content creation and distribution, measuring response rates and conversion, stakeholder engagement, community management to cultivating supporters and advocates for the Labour Movement (LM).

**Development/Management of Own Platforms**

Assist in creating or co-creating with suitably qualified partners new platforms for SCM to push out messages and contents per our Comms Grid

Manage own platforms and their corresponding social media accounts
Create regular contents suitable for the respective platform’s target audience
Create contents per our Comms Grid in a manner and tonality that will appeal to the platform’s target audience

**Stakeholder Engagement and Community Development**

Identify and develop potential advocates, and leaders for workers Engage the individuals, platforms and communities that we work with

Carry out sensing within our network of individuals and communities to understand the needs, aspirations and fears of workers in Singapore

Explain and propagate messages per our Comms Grid to workers in Singapore

**Requirements**:
Relevant degree, e.g. Journalism, Mass Communications or Media Management
Minimum two years’ relevant experience
Good track record of online content creation with ability to create contents that can resonate with the targeted audience Social media savviness with a keen interest in labour and national issues
Experience in building networks of collaborators to work towards a common goal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach to things and a can-do spirit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $7,900.00 per month
