Description:

- Handle inbound calls, enquiries and feedback in a timely, friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate and efficient processing of food orders
- Promote menu to guests through selling and up-selling
- Effectively handle and resolve client complaints in a polite, articulate and professional manner
- Provide feedback on potential enhancement and both positive and negative impact on customer experience
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Food & Beverage and related call centre working experience
- Tech-savvy and preferably knowledgable in food ordering platform/ website
- Possess the ability to build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Able to work during weekends/Split shift/ shift on 5.5 days work week (for full timers
- Singaporeans only
