DESIGNATION : HR Business Partner Support Executive, Food Services
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with HRBP and support them in the delivery of HR services, advisory and initiatives
- Work closely with line managers to create positive employee experience and drive high performing culture
- Work with HRBP to provide performance management guidance, coaching and advisory to line managers to ensure an engaged workforce
- Work with the talent acquisition team in the recruitment of trainees
- Provide timely dissemination of monthly business updates and reports
- Participate in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in HR preferred
- Able to communicate and present effectively
- Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.
