DESIGNATION : HR Business Partner, Food Services
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner business leaders, function heads and line managers to provide advisory on organisational and people related agenda
- Work with key stakeholders and specialists in HR to provide expertise in organisational development, career planning & development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, people data analysis
- Drive and support the delivery of high performing cultural change plans and positive employee experience interventions
- Participate in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR. Experience in business partner / advisory will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of employment law and other foreign labour requirements, where appropriate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and can be hands-on when required
- Able to operate in an organizationally savvy manner to analyse data and discern organizational level needs and trends
- Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.
