Provide overall logistics, sales administrative support and coordination
- Update all purchases, inventory and sales transaction records
- Preparation of quotations, delivery orders, invoices and other related documents for all import/export shipments (i.e Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, Insurance Documents, etc)
- Arrange bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines, freight forwarders and other logistic providers in a timely manner
- Ensure all trucking/shipping deadlines, cut-off times and all shipping schedules are met
- Arrange timely receipt, storage and processing of incoming materials, as well as, tracking and delivery of clients’ orders
- Responsible for entering specific data into database
- Assist in warehouse management and routine inventory stock count.
- Ad-hoc assignments as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience in handling import/ export shipment.
- Basic knowledge on warehouse management system.
- Meticulous and have an eye for details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer software knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Class 3 license

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
