The individual needs to provide professional recruitment & admin support to follow up with students on different language programs. Job responsibilities:

- Ensure the professional execution of student recruitment, operation & admin support activities
- Work closely with the marketing team on marketing strategies and initiatives
- Report to Centre Directors for all admin and other operations matters
- To deliver a high level of quality service to our students.
- Plan and participate in activities to meet SkillsFuture T&C.
- Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with students.
- Complete required administrative & coordination tasks by ensuring communications, schedules, and customer records are accurately maintained

Job requirements:

- Fresh or Experienced Graduates are welcome.
- Service focused and customer-oriented.
- Pleasant disposition, positive mindset and a strong drive to excel.
- Able to perform well under pressure and work independently.
- Prepared to work irregular work hours and weekends when required.
- 5 days work schedule
- Exhibit effective and timely written and oral communication skills. Required language(s): Chinese, English (to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associates )
- Your available start date and monthly salary expectation.
