As a Sales Executive, you are required to is be responsible to achieve target sales of in-line products within budgets for the designated territory under the Vision Care Franchise within budgets for the designated territory under the Vision Care Franchise.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Deliver the team performance contract and individual performance plan to meet or exceed sales target within agreed budget- Gain formulary acceptance and increased usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts- Maximize revenue opportunities- Identify opportunities and areas of improvement to capitalize on business growth- Prepare and implement account development and territory business plans- Analyze and identify sales opportunities to achieve sales and profit, in line with the organization’s growth objectives- Build strong relationship and partnership with key potential accounts- Implement Joint Business Plans with key potential accounts- Improve product knowledge of Alcon products and competitor products- Maintain an up to-date knowledge of the optical trade environment and dynamics- Identify and develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, gain formulary acceptance and product endorsement- Update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness on territory- Responsible for forwarding adverse events and product complaints to the Local Vigilance Representative in accordance with Alcon procedure- Other duties as and when assigned
