We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, understands the unique needs of R&D labs, and is driven to create value through personalized solutions.

**Responsibilities**
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with researchers, scientists, and lab managers to ensure trust and loyalty.
**Account Development**: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
**Customer Experience**: Serve as a trusted point of contact, helping resolve issues promptly and providing high-touch support.
**CRM & Reporting**: Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system and contribute regular sales insights and activity reports.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments (operations, purchasing, and technical support) to deliver tailored solutions.
**Payment Follow-Up**: Coordinate with clients and finance team to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
**Requirements**:
- **At least
- 2 years of B2B sales experience*, preferably within the science, laboratory, or technology sectors**:
- A **science or lab-related background** is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of **integrity**, accountability, and resilience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate customer records
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Pay: $2,700.00 - $18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 139966
