**Description of Role**:
The primary purpose of the position is to support the Sales Operations and Sales Administration functions within the Marketing Services Business Unit. This include but are not limited to raising of quotations, billing, and payment escalations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Business Development team to understand the project requirements and arrange for project handover as well as execution with the respective Operations team.
- Work closely with Operations team to ensure that Client Service Level Agreement are met or exceeded.
- Manage all Sales Operations documentation such as correspondence, operating processes, instructions, and procedures and various other data information as required.
- Support both internal and external stakeholders in terms of escalations investigations, as well as coordinate with Operations team to expedite project delivery and billing.
- To manage all weekly/monthly cadence calls with clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting by the Data Management team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum A level or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales project management role
- Must have eye for details and ability to multitask.
- Independent, good time management and sensitive to numbers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
