We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers.

Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong in digital marketing & reinvent new sales strategies
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach out to potential customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain professionalism, customer sales records and establish trade networking.
- Process bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines with other logistic partner in a timely manner.
- Be the key of communications with internal and external parties and control through all phases of shipment.
- Ensure compliance of SOPs and import/export regulations.
- Coordinate with hauler, carrier and warehouse for clearance of shipments and liaison with clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Perform other related duties as required by the operations departments

**Requirements**:

- at least 1 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong critical thinking skills to solve customer problems
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools
- Experience in market research is a plus
- Need to be fluent in Chinese and English in order to liaise with our international clientele
