Job Description
- Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

- PCB repair experience is a must
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Permanent role

Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards

Spearhead the introduction of new processes in the factory.
Work with the suppliers and/or the assigned engineers from HQ on the installation of new equipment/tools.
Establish procedures and conduct trainings with the relevant sections in the manufacturing line.
Propose solutions, evaluate, and recommend changes for process enhancement to improve quality and build cycle time.
Lead and work with the HW team on the design of prototype daughter boards, including the replacement of defective components in a complex board layout during PCB repair.

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical or equivalent
Min. 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry
Process improvement & troubleshooting related experiences.
Preferably with electronic hardware and PCB repair knowledge.
