Based in Singapore, you'll join our team, who are passionate shapers of the Personal Care category. Based on your understanding of current and future trends, deep consumer insights and strategic mindset, you'll help us develop the scents that shall continue to delight and amaze millions.- Your role will include:- Develop compelling olfactive strategies for clients, market, and the personal wash category
- Manage multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines
- Develop fragrances to be fed into the reactive and proactive pipelines, also in coordination with other evaluators
- Contribute to global projects for brands or categories by partnering colleagues in other regional creative centres
- Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with CMI and later translate the results into olfactory guidelines for Perfumers
- Contribute in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development.
- Guide Perfumers in the proactive development of new fragrances
- Work with the lab on testing product stability and troubleshooting
- Follow the Best Practices and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Anticipate market tastes; collaborate with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation
- Write olfactory summaries of a region/market and customer for knowledge-building and sharing
- Conduct regular customer presentations/interactions

- 5 to 10 years experience in fragrance development for Personal Care with exposure to Hair Care or Personal Wash being an added advantage
- Demonstrated knowledge of the market dynamics and olfactory trends, fragrance products and important customers of Givaudan
- Demonstrated experience working with customers/clients on briefs, technical matters and other issues including presenting to customers
- Experience creating the olfactive strategy of brands, even beyond the local market
- Demonstrated knowledge in able to identify olfactive gaps and opportunities to be pursued for the brand
