Location: Singapore, Pioneer.- You will be reporting to: Senior Creative Fragance Manager**Purpose**:
Support Evaluators calling on Key Global clients by being in charge of product servicing projects (project for which work must be done to a submitted formula).- Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor, record and disseminate information on product servicing to all key stakeholders
- Product servicing encompasses any of the below responsibilities.

Product Clearance:
- Validation of Customer prepared samples before consumer test, comparison against reference.
- Claim Support / Technology:
- Expert assessment for claim support/technology to support Customer claim (Malodour Counteraction efficacy, specific fragrance performance at key stage, etc)
- Modification of fragrance due to new technologies/ concepts, platform
- Stability of submission samples:
- Ensuring fragrances submissions are stable in product formulation and/or packaging.
- Bases adaption:
- Assessing and confirming the suitability of new base formulations for the customer recommendation of fragrance dosage adaptation
- Norms Opt /Cost Opt:
- Ensuring optimization and /or adaptation to new cost parameters and norms maintain the integrity of fragrance character and performance.
- Signal any critical issues to lead Evaluator in charge of the project
- Other Rework on ad-hoc request, Support on Category and Strategic Initiatives
- New product evaluation:
- Under the supervision of the lead Evaluator in charge of the Customer or the relevant brand, provide support to run evaluation of competitive market products against Customer's product, rating of performance score and report CFM olfactive comments, monitoring, synthesising and disseminating market information to Sales team.- Organize evaluation sessions for new product launches in the marketplace and gather relevant evaluators to evaluate the products. For relaunches, compare the new and the old. For new launches, compare the fragrance performance against a chosen benchmark.
- Update the olfactive information in Fragranceland.
- Keep the competitive analysis document for Key Global client’s Fabric Care products up to date.- Academic Background:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills- Sensory and Olfactory Skills, Demonstrates basic olfactory skills
- Project Management, Demonstrates basic project management skills
