**Fragrance Coordinator (1 year contract) - Your future position?**
- As the Fragrance Coordinator, you would assist Category Evaluation & Gallery Management Team with daily project management and evaluation support.

**Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in**:

- Enter customer sample requests in the system, check sample quality with evaluator, prepare paperwork for despatch to customer, send confirmation and tracking number.
- Maintain, request samples and maintain product benchmarks needed for evaluation tests.
- Coordinate samples and results with Fragrance land, organize smelling sessions for new product launches evaluation.
- Organize internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, examples include triangle tests, strength, preference test.
- Prepare samples, labels etc for project purposes, GP kits and Gallery activities

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Polytechnic or bachelor degree graduate in Biology, Chemistry or related field
- English: good level (written, spoken)
- Minimum experience of at least 1-2 years in related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
