**Fragrance Encapsulation Project and Portfolio Manager - Your future position?**
- Location: Pioneer, Singapore- Reporting to: Head of Downstream Delivery System**Main Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Coordinate to internal client briefs effectively. This includes analyzing requirements, developing innovative fragrance solutions using existing technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to develop innovative fragrance delivery systems
- Prioritize the activities in line with the stakeholders' resources level
- Facilitate project reviews, checkpoint meetings and progresses to top management
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to build on the team's skills and abilities
- Ensure that full encapsulation projects & portfolio complies with all applicable laws and regulations

**Portfolio Management**
- Manage day-to-day portfolio activities: list available and updated for all the teams, minimum stock available for business support
- Actively support the promotion of the different portfolios
- Analyze key performance indicators, assuring alignment with the DS strategy and taking corrective actions if needed
- Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success

**Continous Improvement**
- Ensure the continuous improvement of our products, systems and services
- Develop and promote new ways of working

**Professional experience**:

- 7-9 years of experience in project mangement within the Fragrance or FMCG industry
- Potential in leading a team
