
Senior HR Recruiter

To manage day-to-day recruitment operations, within a predefined budget, supporting business efforts to source, recruit, and retain the best and brightest talent in a full lifecycle recruiting model.
Gearing up for the next growth stage, ULC is looking for a Senior HR Recruitment.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and update job descriptions
- Prepare and distribute assessments and technical, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests, where applicable
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Collaborate with HR Team and managers to identify future hiring needs
- Provides advice on ways to improve recruiting procedures
- Develops and maintains relationships with individuals in the industry for the purpose of future hiring
- Organize and facilitate the company's onboarding journey for new hires
**Qualifications**
- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional, ideally from the education sector
- Exhibits proficiency in the use of career websites
- Possesses excellent phone etiquette
- Demonstrates strong writing skills
- Maintains a professional but outgoing and confident demeanor
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Demonstrates knowledge of Google Suite
- Possesses strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage people of all levels, both externally and internally
- Independent, meticulous, and resourceful
- Passionate about recruitment, people, and culture
- Prior work experience in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment would be a plus
- Ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders
**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $4,500.00 per month
