Cultivar Staffing & Search is a boutique specialist recruitment firm specializing in Accounting, Finance and Technology business verticals in mid-to-senior positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handles end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, meeting coordination, interviews, and manage placement activities.
- Drive business development outcomes by performing lead generation, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing.
- Manages client accounts including periodic visit
- Ensure fulfillment of individual revenue targets and promotion criteria

**Requirements**:

- Min "O" Levels/NITEC in any discipline
- Strong work ethics and passion to serve
- Fun-loving and high energy personality
- Singaporeans preferred
