Department Description

The South East Asia and Middle East marketing team is responsible for managing the Fidelity brand in accordance with global and regional guidelines, ensuring the South East Asia and Middle East market is leveraging and building on Fidelity’s brand strength in the marketplace. The marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy and activity for the various business channels, working in close partnership with the distribution teams and regional marketing resources to develop and implement key initiatives that include above and below the line marketing activities.

Purpose of the Role

This role requires significant stakeholder engagement within the marketing team and across the organisation. You will be responsible for channel marketing including events marketing, digital marketing, production and updating of product and marketing material, supporting Fidelity’s ambition in our strategic pillars of sustainable investing and Asian capabilities as well as supporting the team in the execution marketing projects that form part of Fidelity’s marketing plan. You will also have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support our marketing and sales objectives. Geographically, you will provide marketing counsel and support to the Distribution team in MEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of the annual channel marketing plans for the Singapore business that includes brand and communications, events marketing, digital marketing, product and content marketing.
- Drive and manage events, marketing campaigns and content marketing with a digital-first mindset that supports the business and the brand.
- Manage and execute local event programmes including event coordination, technical requirements and content.
- Partner with the regional marketing team to develop marketing programmes to support local business priorities.
- Monitor marketing KPIs for brand health, customer satisfaction, campaign efficiency evaluation, marketing ROI, channel effectiveness, etc.
- Manage marketing budget and reporting effectively.
- Support or manage all other marketing related activities as required by local head of marketing.
- Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure that marketing-related materials and programmes meet regulatory requirements.

Experience and Qualifications Required
- At least 7+ years’ marketing experience in a similar role within financial services.
- Proven experience in team environments, matrix reporting structure and strong senior stakeholder management skills.
- A passionate marketing all-rounder with proven experience in the execution of digital campaign marketing, analytics and reporting; campaign management and events marketing.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
