**Position Overview**:As a Private Credit Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy in the private credit market segment. Leveraging your expertise in relationship management and credit analysis, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses seeking private debt financing. Your ability to **leverage pre-existing relationships and investors **will be key to your success in this role. **IMPORTANT: indicate qualified SMEs qualified SMEs with private credit needs, segmented by country and the respective amount of financing required.
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with SMB clients seeking private debt financing, leveraging pre-existing relationships and investors to identify and engage potential clients.
- Originate, structure, and underwrite private credit transactions, conducting thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to evaluate creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts, underwriters, and legal/compliance professionals, to ensure timely and efficient execution of private credit transactions.
- Utilize your network of investors to facilitate funding for private credit transactions, coordinating investor due diligence and structuring investment opportunities.
- Monitor and manage an existing portfolio of private credit investments, proactively identifying and addressing credit issues, and optimizing portfolio performance.
- Stay informed of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the private credit market, contributing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, or related fields, with a proven track record in relationship management and credit analysis.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment methodologies, financial statement analysis, and underwriting principles, particularly in the context of SMB lending.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage pre-existing relationships and investors to drive business development and originate private credit transactions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills; familiarity with lending platforms and CRM systems preferred.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements governing private credit lending.
