Asset Backed Solutions Specialist

The Distribution and Credit Solutions division is the centre of expertise for financial engineering/structuring, distribution and trading of various structured credit products.

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Backed Solutions Specialist to join our Securitisation and Fund Finance team. As an expert in asset backed solutions, you will be responsible for originating and structuring securitisation, structured credit and loans, repack solutions, and funds financing.

  • Key Responsibilities: Transaction origination, transaction execution, transaction monitoring, and development of technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in related areas, strong numerical and financial modelling skills, and knowledge of the main players in the asset backed products space.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline (business, commerce, law, engineering/science).
  • Proven experience in asset backed products or securitisation environment.
  • Strong numerical and financial modelling skills with a solid understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements and cashflows.
  • Knowledge of the main players in the asset backed products space including clients, other lenders and third-party advisors.
