**Office Management**:

- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Maintain contact lists and directories.
**Scheduling and Coordination**:

**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain and update files, databases, and records.

**Event Planning**:
- Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, or seminars.
**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
**Time Management**:
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- Good organizing ability, meticulous and results-oriented with minimum supervision required.
- Self-motivated, and trustworthy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least a diploma in office administration or relevant field
- Able to start work immediately is preferred
**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month
