**About the Opportunity**

They will also play an active role in Social selling using social media avenues to generate interest and business.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and manage them through the sales cycle.
- Generate Opportunities and appointments to pass over to the sales team
- Gain a full understanding of the customers’ needs with an in-depth handover to the BDM team.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle.
- Maintain customer and opportunity data in SalesForce
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the different markets

**You will have**
- 2 years of relevant Inside Sales or Business Development experience in a B2B industry
- Excellent phone manner, rapport building and relationship management skills
- Ability to work on a prospecting and sales plan with partners within the different markets
- High ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships within the markets and different stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
- Technical/software sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and business English.
