**About the Role**

The Proposition Innovation team is seeking a highly motivated member to join, develop and execute of solution innovations related to Life & Health risks in the form of direct consultancy or with combination of data/technology driven solutions. The Proposition Innovation analyst will work together with the team and other Swiss Re experts to execute the mandate, strategy, and pipeline of Proposition Innovation in the form of risk consultancy as well as develop innovative ideas to accelerate growth of other L&H solutions. This role also works closely with the rest of L&H Solutions community to commercialize and drive delivery of Solutions.

Responsibilities include:
- Work with rest of team to develop pipeline for risk-based consultancy fee for services as an integral part of overall Swiss Re L&H Products strategy- Develop new solutions from concept phase to profitable commercial products, supporting other product owners to develop commercial use cases to enhance overall L&H solutions profits- Ability to work with different experts and collaborate to deliver solutions- Act as the product champion internally and externally, able to explain difficult concepts to business partners- Coordinate with a variety of technical experts to communicate business, pricing, underwriting, claims to innovate and deliver solutions to internal/external clients- Develop a deep understanding of our client's business problems to innovate new propositions that help accelerating commercialization of L&H solutions- Continuously monitor relevant industry and technology trends to ensure further development of Swiss Re's capabilities

**About You**

Need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of L&H experience in reinsurance, primary insurance or consultancy, preferably with experience in product innovation, business strategy, marketing, insurance consultancy. Actuarial knowledge is a plus- Bachelors or Masters degree- Proven self starter and a team player- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross functional teams in a matrixed environment- Strong analytical and communication skills- Creative, able to think outside the box and challenging norms- Comfort communicating with clients face to face, on the phone and in writing is critical.- Flexible to travel
