Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key role in our Investment Linked and Pension business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing investment linked product propositions, working closely with Local Business Units (LBUs) to co-develop propositions for different markets and distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects across functions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a good understanding of Wealth Management & Investment Linked Fund Propositions in key Asian Markets, including regulatory landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing investment linked product propositions
  • Working closely with LBUs to co-develop propositions for different markets and distribution channels
  • Ensuring delivery of products aligns with Group's strategic directions and financial targets

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in Business, Actuarial Science, Finance or Accountancy
  • Highly numerate with 10-15 years of related experience in Financial Services
  • Insurance product development experience preferred
  • Experience in Fund Management and/or Wealth Management sectors a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and networking skills
  • Good project management skills and ability to lead large and complex projects across functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
