Lead Global Proposition Manager

**Purpose of the job
This person is the lead on all global TE proposition activity. This critical role will create, recommend, lead and own the delivery of new and improved travel experience propositions that are attractive and highly relevant to our global clients, partners and end customers.

The role is pivotal in delivering proposition performance, Go-To-Market effectiveness, proposition adoption and the prioritisation of new proposition opportunities, their commercial validity and delivery on a global scale.

Working closely with regional proposition teams and global partnerships, finance, and commercial teams, this role will support the alignment between TE and other proposition functions within the Collinson group.

This person will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business, external partners and our clients to ensure Collinson provides the best travel experience driving a loyal client and consumer bases

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, tell and adapt the external global Priority Pass Proposition story working closely with the Lead Global product Manager, Head of P&P strategy and Head of Product Ownership to ensure that the story supports broader business priorities, product strategy and the delivery timelines for new propositions
- Own the internal Proposition story, providing a framework for focus, approach, recommendations and communication for what the Proposition is, what the team are working on, why, and the value being added to the business as a result
- Communicate to all TE, including specific teams and communities with the right context and insights to establish buy-in and improved understanding of all elements of the Proposition, GTM activity and value created from Proposition adoption
- Create our 3-5-year Proposition vision, including defining what the future of the PP proposition is, it’s benefits to all Collinson Customer groups and what would be required to deliver against it whilst ensuring your vision is consistent with the TE strategy
- Work closely with global and regional Proposition and Commercial teams, to delivery on Proposition adoption targets. Ensuring GTM activity, plans and approaches are aligned and deliver the right outcomes for all Customer groups across all key TE markets
- Lead the definition and articulation of the Commercial validity and business cases creation for all global Proposition opportunities. Create a robust process for business case development, sign off and simple articulation of opportunity, dependency and outcome
- Provide clear direction, briefings and messaging for other TE teams who need to deliver your propositions including consumer, CX, UX, client and partnership validity, sourcing and pipeline
- Develop a strategy and approach to how Proposition development aligns and supports our Data and Insight strategy, ensuring key dependencies and opportunities are surfaced within all Proposition development
- Establish an aligned approach, strategy and communication plan for our client proposition. Secure buy-in and alignment with TE Commercial Director and Global Account Directors and support the Head of Product Integration in making that strategy executable
- Work closely with Lead Global Product Manager and the Senior Product Managers to ensure the implementation and MVPs for Proposition meet the needs of Customers and allow you to achieve your GTM adoption targets
- Develop relationships with other Collinson proposition teams to establish common ground, share progress and explore opportunities to deliver Collinson led propositions which provide benefit for TE
