**Job Profile Summary**:
In this role, you will work with a team of like-minded and dynamic individuals in defining the strategies and business propositions / value add services in supporting our enterprise business growth. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head of Strategy and Proposition and work closely with key stakeholders to drive sales.
As a key member of Enterprise Business, Strategy & Proposition team, you will provide business planning, sales and marketing support to Enterprise Business Solutions division across various channels, to drive EB and EB2life sales through engaging value propositions and offerings.
Strategy
- Prepare business planning reports for Sales Tracking, Budgeting & Forecasts, campaigns and reviews, etc.
- Additional Projects for Strategy Team: Audits, BCP, Risk Reviews, Tech Projects, other presentations
Proposition
- Provide sales and marketing support to Enterprise Business Solutions division across various channels, to drive EB and EB2life sales through engaging value propositions and customer experience.
- Develop and implement the communication and marketing strategy for EB, across all touchpoints - FCs, HR, Insured Members.
- Create a suite of assets and marketing tools to aid FCs and BDMs in their engagement with prospects for new business and renewals
- Create and/or assist in the review of presentations, both internal and external, to ensure quality and consistency such as tender proposals, pitches, etc.
- Maintain engaging and differentiated value propositions with compelling health & wellness offerings under WorkPLAYce including planning scheduling and execution of WorkPLAYce events for agency and direct clients
- Evaluate existing and onboard new partners / vendors under WorkPLAYce offerings
- Create more touchpoints to drive lead generation for EB2Life opportunities and conversions
- Work closely with other teams to drive user adoption and customer experience, e.g. Ops TPAs, PRUworks, etc.
- Build brand awareness for EB and establish thought leadership across various media and platforms
**Who we are looking for**:
Competencies & Personal Traits
- Articulate with a strong command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel, and Canva
- Adept in developing various modes of communications in an engaging and impactful manner with understanding of branding, aesthetics and messaging for different target audience, in-house or working with creative agencies
- Customer experience-oriented with basic understanding and appreciation of UX / UI
- Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team player
- Able to work well with stakeholders across various departments
Working Experience
- Minimum 2 years, preferably in Group Insurance and/or Third Party Administrator companies
- Marketing and communications
Education
- Degree/Diploma in Business or related fields of study
