We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Manager - Propositions, People and Culture, and Strategy.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Strategy: Work with the Director, Sustainability Propositions to shape ASP CIB’s sustainability ambitions and coordinating the implementation of key strategic initiatives, including the development of related business cases. Coordinate business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
- Business Management: Lead the preparation of presentations and briefings on Sustainability topics and preparing senior management for key meetings and external events. Develop materials to clearly and effectively communicate ASP CIB Sustainability strategic priorities and progress
- Cultural change: Help embed sustainability as part of our DNA, creating an environment for knowledge and best practice sharing across regions and products, and foster a community of internal activists to affect change and support growth
- Training development and execution: Work on developing and executing the training programmes for the frontline and other persona to educate and empower them with sustainable finance knowledge. Work with relevant regional and product teams to help build the content and act as a key SME for the Learning Function
- Stakeholder engagement/ communications: Develop materials to clearly and effectively communicate ASP CIB Sustainability strategy, capability development initiatives, whilst acting as key interface with other areas of the Group on their sustainability activities, driving collaboration where possible and represent ASP CIB Sustainability
- Thought leadership and positioning: Work with markets, Marketing and Communications to develop content to elevate HSBC’s external branding and positioning, including NPS, on Sustainability in Asia
- Performance Management support, to ensure effective delivery of ongoing business and transformation initiatives, as well overseeing business development momentum and delivery against key metrics and financial targets
Requirements- A sound knowledge of the Corporate Banking business, including credit & lending, trade & payment products, services, systems and processes, experience in front office will be advantaged
- Demonstration of knowledge in the field of Sustainability or Sustainable Finance including strong knowledge of the Group and CIB’s sustainability strategy, priorities and initiatives
- Highly motivated to ensure successful delivery of product proposition, cultural transformation, and partnership initiatives
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
- Manage a range of projects and initiatives, interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders of different levels, cultures, and operating models
- Promote the Group’s values including, value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve customer offering, ways of working; have a forward-thinking mind-set

- Contributes productively to team objectives, whether supporting or leading activities to achieve shared goals
