Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs Education

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Main Point for contact for Fellowship programs and UG attachments is the main liaison with major stakeholders for the related requests
- Ensure the efficient and effective operations of UG attachments and Fellowship programs
- Assist new fellowship programs in the accreditation process with SMC
- Assist in the management and utilization of budget for the requisition of materials/equipment/office supplies, liaise with vendors and source for options to ensure quality of purchase, value for money and cost efficiency are achieved
- Manage Medical Affairs Fellowship website in the intranet
- Manage administrative duties such as on site support for other teachings.
- Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
**Job Requirements**
- Degree from a reputable University in any discplines
- Min. 2 to 4 years’ work experience in an administrative related role, preferably in an educational institution
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior level internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational ability and high attention to details
- Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and yet be a team player simultaneously
- Able to set priorities, multi-task, well organized, meticulous and thorough in monitoring projects and providing administrative support
- To be proactive and demonstrate creative, innovative to problem solving
- Willingness to adopt flexible work hours if needed
- Internet savvy with strong computer (Microsoft Office Applications) skills
