Medical Affairs Education Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Education Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Undergraduate (UG) school attachments with key stakeholders, across different professions – Nursing, AHP and Medical. This includes coordinating posting schedules, necessary documentation, and collaborating with department heads and clinical educators to enhance training methodologies and curricula.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have strong IT skills and high adaptability. They should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior level internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting basic Next Generation Electronic medical records training for students, guiding them through the posting process, including briefing sessions, assessment requirements, and application processes.

Maintaining accurate records of student postings and producing reports for internal and external stakeholders is also a key responsibility. You will use data to track outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements to the posting program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years' work experience in an administrative related role, preferably in an educational/healthcare institution
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational ability and high attention to details
  • Able to set priorities, multi-task, well organized, meticulous, and thorough in monitoring projects and providing administrative support
