A senior administrative role is available for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage undergraduate school attachments with our key stakeholders, across different professions – Nursing, AHP and Medical.
The ideal candidate will be responsible in managing Undergraduate (UG) school attachments, conduct Next Generation Electronic Medical Records training for students, maintain accurate records of student postings and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders, use data to track outcomes, identify trends, and suggest improvements to the posting program.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end process of student postings to the hospital.
- Ensure alignment of postings with academic requirements, timelines and institutional policies.
- Coordinate posting schedules, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical educators to enhance training methodologies and curricula.
- Conduct basic Next Generation Electronic medical records training for students.
- Guide students through the posting process, including briefing session, assessment requirements and application processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student postings and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years' work experience in an administrative related role, preferably in an educational/healthcare institution.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational ability and high attention to details.
- Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and yet be a team player simultaneously.
- Able to set priorities, multi-task, well organized, meticulous and thorough in monitoring projects and providing administrative support.
