Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Affairs Education Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing undergraduate (UG) school attachments with key stakeholders across different professions, including Nursing, AHP and Medical.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have strong IT skills and high adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of student postings to the hospital, ensuring alignment with academic requirements, timelines and institutional policies.
  • Coordinate posting schedules, necessary documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct Next Generation Electronic Medical Records training for students and guide them through the posting process.
  • Maintain accurate records of student postings and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative related role, preferably in an educational or healthcare institution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to confidently engage and consult with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational ability and high attention to details.
  • Able to set priorities, multi-task, well organized and meticulous in monitoring projects and providing administrative support.
  • To be proactive and demonstrate creative problem solving.
