**BUSINESS AREA -** **Asia Area, Southeast Asia Launch Hub**
- In Asia Area, we are excited to announce the formation of the new SEA launch hub to maximize our efforts and opportunities in Hematology and Rare Disease portfolios. True to our belief in Leaving No Science and No Patient Behind, the launch hub represents an innovative go-to-market strategy to maximize opportunities in these niche, underserved patient segments across the SEA region. The hub will be responsible for launch strategy/excellence and in-market execution of commercial and medical activities across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. An effective partnership with the country marketing companies (MC) is essential to maximize the impact we can have for patients as the MC will be vested in the success of the product launch by providing country level support around regulatory, distribution as well as market access resources._

**What you’ll do**
- Reporting to the Launch Hub Medical Head, you'll engage medical/ scientific experts in in-depth medical/ scientific product or disease area discussions, and deliver presentations in a non-promotional scientific context as determined by global/local Medical Affairs plans and in line with t_he Haematology-Oncology and Rare Disease brand strategy. You'll also act as an educational resource to internal stakeholde_rs, providing medical/ scientific knowledge, training, and support to internal stakeholders on AstraZeneca's marketed products and compounds in development._

**Essential for the role**
- Advanced scientific degree
- Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry and the Medical Affairs function
- Ability to interact and manage a range of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to pharmaceutical sales and marketing
**Desirable for the role**
- Qualified doctor
- Prior experience in Haematology-Oncology or Rare Disease
- Understanding of multiple aspects within Medical Affairs
