Senior Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team in Medical Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering credentialing and privileging processes for clinical staff, ensuring complete documentation, database management, and committee meeting support.

Maintaining and updating daily and monthly duty rosters, including system support and accuracy checks, is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in related areas, such as healthcare, clinical operations/services, medical affairs, or IT.

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and publishing clinician profiles on our public website, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

You will also coordinate appointments and assignments of visiting clinicians from external institutions, liaising with relevant stakeholders and tracking their activities.

Additionally, you will support coordination of service and quality evaluations for clinical staff, working closely with HR and department leaders.

Overseeing compliance with relevant medical regulatory requirements, including training, certification, and scheduling for key roles, is another critical responsibility of this position.

You will manage professional affairs for clinical staff, including the administration of appointments and reappointments, in partnership with HR.

Monitoring clinician participation in continuing education, peer review, or other mandated learning activities is also essential.
