**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Actively develop and convert a dynamic pipeline of value-added blending business opportunities to maximize existing blending assets and to develop new assets across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China, Vietnam and Thailand)
- Promote and sell Brenntag blending assets and services to current and potential new customers and suppliers
- Influence and support country business lines to develop new projects and business leads for blending, dilution and other high value services
- Support country business lines in developing cost models, blending service proposals and business approach
- Qualify and quantify investments to support profitable growth of blending solutions business in accordance with established business standards
- Conduct economic and feasibility assessments to determine project viability, especially for installation of new assets
- Conduct technical and engineering assessments for new businesses and projects
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering / Material Science & Engineering / Chemistry preferred
- Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience
- Able to work effectively in the absence of daily direct supervision
- Able to communicate and work effectively at mid-level management and operating levels of Brenntag and customer organizations.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of capital investments and financial statements
- Strong technical understanding of blending operations, equipment and basic engineering
- Business and market know-how of blending services
- Able to conduct basic investment and DCF models is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills able to work effectively in a multi-culture environment
- Able to travel as required to achieve business objectives
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Goal and results oriented
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
