Rakkar Digital is a startup company backed by SCB 10X focusing in digital asset and blockchain space. We provide digital asset custody and related services to our clients across ASEAN. We are on a mission to enable our clients to securely store and easily access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. The team is growing fast. We are looking for strong talents to join us in multiple countries across the region.

We are looking to hire a proven Head of Sales to develop new business and expand our existing relations in Asia.

This role reports directly to the CEO and sits in our Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities by establishing, maintaining and enhancing long term relationships with customers.
- Drive the whole sales cycle from pre-sales, sales to onboarding for new / existing clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships, across regions, teams and HQ functions such as marketing, communications and legal.
- Research and analyse the strategic business direction and needs of each client to determine how Rakkar Digital can best align itself as a product and service partner for all current and future business needs of the account.
- Manage commercial function for the APAC’s key prospects including, sales, relationship management and technical pre and post support.
- Help drive go to market strategy and build brand awareness.
- Act as the face of Rakkar Digital in the APAC market, representing the company at conferences, think tanks and with regulators.
- Prepare and present reports on client activity to the Rakkar Digital management team.
- Act as a liaison between the client and other internal teams, including Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance when surfacing bugs, incidents, and product feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 7 years in Business Development/Sales
- Demonstrate ability to grow market shares, identify priorities, and winning patterns to maximize sales outcomes
- Strong ethic and integrity
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency is a must
