Singapore BTECH PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

Role Description:
This position oversees general office operations. Like supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching company's office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. Creating presentations and other management level reports.
- Specific Responsibilities:
1.Trainee will be able to help keep track of organization's inventory by using spreadsheets for record keeping to ensure supplies are sufficient to help the organization run smoothly.

2.Trainee must be able to assist director with basic bookkeeping services like managing invoices and expenses, research and analyse accounting data, preparing reports. Trainee would be in charge of handling petty cash vouchers and monitoring the expenses in the office.

3.Trainee will be able to liaise with the director on current production work flow and recommend improvement to ensure a positive and dynamic work environment. Trainee will develop better leadership qualities and people management skills.

4.Trainee would be able to analyse a worksheet and if there's any discrepancies then adjustments will need to be made. Lastly, trainee would be able to assist ending the accounting cycle by closing its books at the end of the day on the specified closing date.

5.Trainee would be able to organise the different transactions for clients throughout the accounting cycle. Trainee would also be able to record transactions and then post to an account in the general ledger. Trainee would also be able to create a balance sheet to ensure that debits and credits are equal. Trainee would be able to manage office services like making sure that correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
- Competencies:
1.To assist in coordinating office activities and operations, creating presentations and other management-level reports.

2.Assist in providing financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.

3.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, In charge of overseeing general office operation.

4.Meticulous, Able to coordinate appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules, Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.

5.Strong organisational skills and gain experience in accounting principles. Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2,700

6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role Under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree and above Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
