**Training and Development**

1. Co-training with Senior Consultant and or Principal Consultants

2. Provide group coaching to internal and external clients under the supervision of principal consultants

3. Monitoring the implementation and execution of training and development programmes

4. Deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports

**Content Development and Research**

1. Ensure digital learning apps initiatives are updated constantly for better learners’ experience

2. Copywriting and editing of quarterly newsletter to update regional partners and clients on our upcoming products and services

3. Develop new training and talent management related product that’s customized for ASEAN leaders

4. Monitor training assignment, coordinate with clients and internal staff/ trainers to ensure excellent service delivery

5. Ensure and obtain necessary training, logistics and materials are delivered effectively and efficiently

6. Assist in clients’ enquiries and follow through with clients promptly (local and regional)

7. Analyze big data and co-writing of white papers with principal consultants and researchers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (and above, Master Degree preferred) in any discipline,
- Excellent writing and communication skills,
- Resourceful, meticulous, and creative
- Independent yet a good team player capable of meeting delivery targets
- Passion and desire to learn and succeed
