**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead and facilitate various ACE projects/events eg. Value Stream Mapping, 3P, Kaizen etc.
- Implement a process and culture of continuous improvement embracing Kaizen & related methodologies to achieve highest quality, lowest cost & customer focus standards.
- Provide training and communication on ACE tools and methodology.
- Coordinate & support activities to achieve site ACE progressive/gold level certification per ACE Criteria.

Qualification
- Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Production Engineering.
- 4 - 7 years of working experience in a large manufacturing shop environment preferred.
- Strong continuous improvement skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping. Certified ACE Practitioner preferred.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Independent and possess initiative to drive the ACE culture.
