Job Title

A Process Engineering Specialist is required to support the Singapore plant in improving yield performances and processes capabilities.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new process capabilities, managing projects, and ensuring quality standards are met. They will also identify key issues, causes, and solutions using analytical tools such as A4, A3, or DMAIC approach.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in yield and process capability improvement
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Project management
  • Highly analytical and structured way of working
  • Self-motivated, results- and solution-oriented personality
