**Location**: Central Town Area., near MRT

**IMPORTANT NOTE**: Must have a **Min of 5 -8 years of Singapore** construction industry experience. Employer **Will NOT** Sponsor ANY form of Work Passes. Non-negotiable.

**Requirements**:

- Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) registration with MOM and registered ECO with NEA.
- Specialist Diploma in WSH or Bachelor’s Degree in Workplace safety and health (WSH)
- Attended Risk Management Training Course
- Min 4 years of experience in local (building) construction projects added advantage
- 8 years of relevant experience as a WSHO / ECO in the Spore construction industry
- Able to communicate with people of all levels

**Responsibilities**:

- To perform both WSHO cum ECO Role
- Monitoring and verifying that the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is adhered to at all times and taking action if the specifications are not followed.
- Keeping records of all activities/incidents concerning the environment on site and issuing of spot fines for transgression of activities identified in the EMP.
- To assist in implementing and reviewing such measures or safe work procedures to prevent workplace accidents.
- To investigate any incidents/accidents and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent any recurrence.
- To work closely with the relevant authorities on safety, health, and environmental matters
- To administer and implement an effective Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS) under prevailing legislation and preparation for third-party external EHS audits.
- Conduct Environmental, Health, and Safety Audits as per requirements.
- Work closely with different teams to implement and maintain a strong safety regime on site.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure the permit-to-work system is in place.
- Report and liaise closely with the Project Manager on workplace safety, health, and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
- Ability to lead and advise on safety programs.
- Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on initiatives and necessary changes.
- Review and maintain site WSH records.
