**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
- Min** 5-15 years** of relevant experience in **Singapore Civil and Building projects.**
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Singapore construction methodologies and construction sequencing
- Must have a good understanding of an overall Project life cycle and be proficient in using Planning software with a minimum of 5 years in **Primavera 6**, project management Experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- To Support Senior Planning Engineers and managers in the planning and Execution of projects
- Updates revisions of the Master Programme/Schedule and other planning/ control documents to include planned work, actual progress, revised activities, revised sequence, additional works, and additional time
- Monitor resources, progress of the works, and compile records
- Prepares the daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and equipment reports for timely submission to the Client.
- Issue regular progress and planning updates to Construction, Engineering, and Contract teams
- Compiles, prepares, submits, and maintains the Monthly Progress Report.
- Maintains the Monthly Progress Site Photographs/ Videos for record
- Carry out analyses of progress and identify delays and their impact
- Prepare substantiation records and summaries for excusable delays
- Monitor work progress against the schedule
- Prepare recovery programs
