**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree, Professional Certificate in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution
- **You must have Min 5 years** of **Singapore** relevant Project experience
- 1 - 2 years in Health Care Building/ Hospital Projects.
- Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment, Safety aspects in the Construction industry
- Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations, maximumly for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution, and Green mark
- Experiences for Alum and/or PCA facade system in Singapore
- **Some Experiences in Health Care/Medical facility in Singapore**:

- Good Knowledge of **BIM software/Autodesk Revit**:

- Preferable experiences for PBU and/or PPVC construction in Singapore
- Good Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and Regulations

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, coordinate, and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for the project
- Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspects.
- Coordinate and liaise with all Architectural services with other trades on site
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation
