It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. As a pillar of e-commerce discovery experience, our search & recommendation engines help tens of millions of people discover relevant and interesting things among billions of products and contents available on Shopee daily.- We are committed to creating a convenient, delightful, and intelligent discovery experience for our users, to find more of what they like with less time and effort.- We are looking for a product operation analyst to join us. You will be working closely with the product team to make a significant impact on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.- Label text, images, and videos critical to the development of machine learning algorithms.
- Perform testing and Quality Control to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features.
- Review bad cases and collect product feedback to identify issues with Search & Recommendation.
- Provide insights on local market’s contexts, trends, and performance.
- 1 year contract role with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Strong ownership, get things done reliably.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.
- Proficiency in Thai (required) to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations.
